Online Access on a PC

If you do not have a smartphone or tablet and wish to register for online access on a PC, the process is as follows:

To register for access to our GP online services, please come into the practice and speak to one of our receptionists, ensuring that you bring with you photo ID (e.g. passport, driving licence or bus pass) and proof of address (such as a bank statement or utility bill).  You will be asked to fill in a short registration/consent form.  Please make sure you tick all the services that you want to use, and read the terms and conditions you are given relating to accessing your medical records.

Once you have signed up, it will take us between 5 and 10 working days to process your request. We will send you an E-mail with your unique linkage key, the practice "ODS" code and an account ID, together with instructions on how to logon to your chosen service provider.
